[Sca-cooks] Indian Pudding

Looks like a couple of us are going Colonial today ;-)

Recipe I have says start in a hot oven until it boils, then change to
a slow oven, and let it slow cook for several hours. I'm thinking 400
F for the hot oven, and maybe 250 f for the slow oven. Anyone else
care to suggest temps? Will be typing up the recipe in a few- am busy
getting this stuff started so we can have it for dinner.
