raises hand sheepishly.... yes, i have eaten it.  a 
co-worker brought it in as a 'guess the secret ingredient' 
treat.

being full of hubris, i tried it and offered...

yogurt?
no.

sour cream?
no.

another bite

it's not cheese, it it?

the gleeful cook said "yes, yest it is.  it's velveeta!"

to which i replied...

"that's not cheese."

however, other than another lady who makes that recipe 
herself, i was the only one who came close.

story aside, it's not too bad.  you just wonder what that 
kind of musky undertaste is.  i think with the addition of 
enough nuts, you wouldn't even notice.
