[Sca-cooks] Estrella Class?

I know that if you offered your sugar paste class, I at least would take it,
and likely would drag some others as well :)

Greetings, all!  I am planning to go to Estrella this coming February and
wondered if a basic sugar paste class would be of interest.  For those of
you who have attended Estrellas in the past, has sugar paste been offered? 
Is it something that would be worth offering?
