Yeah, "Bones", while highly formulaic, often has moments of brilliant
hilarious intelligent (or at least pseudo-intellectual) dialogue,
especially when it involves "the squints" = the highly educated and
often over competitive youthful male and female scientists. I mean,
c'mon, how many TV shows feature as the main character a *forensic
anthropologist*?

I'm sorry but i'll be missing it this year, though, because i'm
taking an Arabic language class on Tuesday nights. In our first class
we were given "workbooks" to fill in the letters of the alphabet and
practice words that feature the letter. We got through the first 6
letters. Of course i recognized two words that began with the
featured letter... one was "tuffah" = apple, and the other was "thum"
= garlic.

The very first word in the workbook was for rabbit (begins with
alif... obviously i need to go study, cuz i don't quite remember it).
The teacher, a cheerful and enthusiastic Egyptian, no doubt from
pretty far up the Nile, said it was cute. I said it was tasty, which
lead to him discussing an Egyptian dish featuring rabbit and mallow
leaves, which is served to honored guests...
