[Sca-cooks] foods in fantasy novels

A few months back I published a novel which is marketed as fantasy, 
although there's no magic. The one specific food item was the use of 
oat cakes for cavalry travel food, inspired by Froissart's comment on 
Scottish troopers and my conjectural reconstruction thereof.
