Aye the gully dwarf stew In the Leaves of The Inn of the Last Home is
awesome, just be sure to do the substitutions, its hard to find lizard
parts, 3 day dead rat and so on. Though reading the potatoes, smushed
and mutilated was kind of hard (it means diced finely).

According to my husband who is the major DragonLance fiend in the
family,
your memory is quite correct, Gully Dwarves are excellent cooks. The
issue
is "Don't ask what's in it." You probably don't want to know and won't
be
able to eat it if you are told what's in it.
