the fun shop drinking horns are expensive, yes, but if
you keep them to re use?  can you get the PTSA,
boosters etc. to fund some of the cost?

tell the parents the kids can keep theirs if they pay
for them?

Of course class size is a big factor if you have 30
kids that is an investment of 300...
