I don't know, but I do know who to contact.  That would be Thegn Stefan at
asmin at atenveldt.com or Mistress Elspeth at anne.gustafson at us.army.mil.  I do
believe it would be well received.  Believe it or not, though, humidity may
be a problem.  That part of the Sonora desert goes through a "mini-monsoon"
about half the time in February.  Never can tell when we'll have a flood.

Greetings, all!  I am planning to go to Estrella this coming February and
wondered if a basic sugar paste class would be of interest.  For those of
you who have attended Estrellas in the past, has sugar paste been offered? 
Is it something that would be worth offering?
