[Sca-cooks] Mordonna's Surgery/Recovery from her daughter, Lys

Greetings to all,

Thanks to everyone for the prayers and well wishes.  Mom's surgery was a
complete success.  The mass on her spine was scar tissue and calcification
around a bone chip.  The surgeon was able to remove it all and relieve all
the pressure from the nerves.  He believes she will make a full and complete
recovery that will leave her more pain free than she has been in a long
time.  Also, he has promised her she will be healed up and mobile before
Estrella War.  The only down side was her blood sugar being well over 400,
which caused them to admit her until they can bring it down and keep it
down.  I'll keep ya'll informed.  Again our heart felt thanks for all of the
prayers and well wishes.
