[Sca-cooks] Happy Birthday

Today was one of the happiest birthdays of my life. My husband brought 
our daughter from Chiapas, Mexico and our son from Philadelphia to our 
home in Paris. He asked each to prepare a 15th century dish for me and 
our guests. One was blancmange for first course with chicken and the 
other was marzipan. He prepared a 'lite' cocido. Whooh! I was so surprised.
What would you prepare for a happy birthday so happy such as that?
