Interestingly enough, Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations last night was set in Cleveland, and he forced his fellow chef to meet him at Skyline Chile, where they had the Cincinnati-style chile over spaghetti. Bourdain loved it, but his fellow chef was complaining about the cinnamon!
