The "Concordance of English Recipes: Thirteenth Through Fifteenth Centuries"
started by Terry Nutter and completed by Constance Hieatt with Johnnae's
assistance has been reviewed in Gaastronomica (Summer 2007). It's a nice,
positive review of the book and to quote the piece, "Constance Hieatt, the
world's leading authority on English medieval cookbooks, was the ideal
person to pick up work begun by Terry Nutter, and her assistant Johnna
Holloway, is among a rising group of scholars in this field."
So how's it feel to be a "rising scholar in the field," Johnna?
