Okay, you have convinced me to give it a shot.
I've ordered some animal rennet and two cheese
mats (yeah, they look just like sushi mats) from
cheesemaking.com and will use some muslin
we bought, a stock pot and I'll find a skimmer
then give it a try. What's the worst that can
happen? I poison all the Laurels in Ansteorra.

Wait....let's not go there.....
