We have available as part of Google something called Google Books
which is part of Google's operation where they are scanning books.
http://books.google.com/intl/en/googlebooks/about.html

http://books.google.com/bkshp?tab=wp is the search page

I found the book by searching under "sponge sugar"
http://books.google.com/books?id=Wrqpkx7NZfgC&dq=%22+sponge+sugar%22

It's marked as being available for download. That may be just for US users.
