We make morcillas in Uruguay (almost the most of our parents and
grandparents are Spanish or Italian). There are two kinds: saladas and
dulces. Saladas has a filling of rice, onion, peppar, garlic,
rosmarie, herbs, what you want in. The sweet, dulces, my favorite,
have cloves, pinions, russins.
They are an indispensable part of the barbeque, parillada, both in
Argentina and Uruguay.
