[Sca-cooks] cannoli tubes/forms

I'm have tried cannoli making myself, but this site says that you can make 
cannoli forms from broomstick handles. Also, there's a wonderful 
description of being a kid and having to eat through the entire Italian 
holiday meal to get to the cannoli.
