Any guesstimate on amounts of dried herbiage? An handful each? two?

Well, I really don't have a recipe per se...the lady I got it from is a
brewer (amongst many other things) in the Midrealm...IIRC, she's a Duchess.
But I took pot marigold, rose petals, lavender and elderflower (all dried)
and put them in a cloth bag. I suspended this in a gallon jar of Scotch
whiskey for about 4 months. Then I pulled the bags out...the color was
gorgeous as the rose petals had turned the Scotch an even darker reddish
brown. I added a simple syrup then let it age for about 2 years. Came out
pretty well, even if I do say so myself.

  Kiri
