Nick Sasso submitted that subject. The rest of the message concerning mincemeat is not my field but yes, I have a bone to pick with my neighbor who is an Italian authority in art history. I happen to have reproductions of paintings of the Medici chapel in my dining room and when he saw the Wikipedia entry he flipped. So I must sit down with him to make him correct the entry. . .
	To someone of you told me to correct something in Wikipedia and I didn't. Now I can't remember what it was - bad on my part. I will try to be better about corrections and nail that wonderful neighbor of mine!
