[Sca-cooks] Looking for a Bread recipes

Welcome. There aren't that many bread recipes that were recorded in 
period cookbooks
as the bakers were a separate guild who kept their secrets (recipes)
to themselves. They also didn't publish their recipes until later, much 
later if at all.
What recipes we do have are listed in the Florilegium in a series of files
under Bread and Grains. http://www.florilegium.org/
A number of worked out recipes are by Bear who is on this list, but he 
may not be able to be online as Oklahoma is having
an ice storm. Did you have a specific country or time period in mind?
