I have been making Fudge using marshmallow creme since the 1950"s....early 1950's.  Depending on my mood I will also add a bit of maple flavoring to the batch along with the vanilla or coffee crystals.....sometimes both. I also have a recipe for making this fudge in the micro......

Johanne, bless you for the info about the snatch-n-grabit tool for silicone molds.  My Question is now....where did you get yours?
