Splenda makes the "splendabake" product which is really just half sugar  
(white or brown) and half splenda.  I came across something called "Sugar  Baking 
Substitute" by Clabber Girl.   From the ingredient list, it  contains several 
different sugar alcohols (malitol, sorbitol, etc.), and no  sugar at all.  Is 
this the polydextrose that was already mentioned??
