Yes, thanks.  It does. I (Cailte, don't read this part) don't actually care for scotch, at ALL, but the idea intrigued me as a possible gift for friends who do.  (I like them, anyways....)

  I used a cloth bag that was about 2 1/2" x 4"...filled each one with about
  half and half of the herbs...in bag#1, half rose and lavender...bag 2 got
  half pot marigold and half elderflower.
