[Sca-cooks] medieval medicine, spices, and this blasted cold

Along the same lines as Airborne, I use Zicam. You can get it in a variety
of forms such as a nasal gel swab, tablets and a nasal mist. I swear by it.
As soon as I feel the slightest bit off, I start using it and I ~knock on
wood~ haven't had any major issues yet this year.
