Although I do not know how they do it in the East,
North, or South, I can tell you how we generally do it
in our small corner of Caid.
I live and play in the Shire of WinterMist, and we
have a well deserved reputation of feasting well and
on varied victuals. The prevailing wisdom is, "IF YOU
GET UP FROM A WINTERMIST FEAST HUNGRY, IT IS YOUR OWN
FAULT."
When we do a feast we tend to print a souvenir menu
with recipes, redactions and all pertinent information
just in case some one has any allergys or biases that
we can work around.
