First, I'd like to apologize to Papa Gunthar for sending in a post  
that he would have to authorize. I didn't mean to  make more work for  
you papa. I didn't realize that my post was sent off via my husband's

Here is my question again:

I recently bought a bag of POHA - dried rice flakes. I think it is a  
cereal. You know, hot cooked cereal type of thing. But has anyone  
ever heard of this stuff? Do you do something else with it? I got it  
at Wegmans in the Indian/International section.
