I'm still waiting to hear a bit more about what is wanted for it. The 
event is all cooking and brewing classes and this will be the first 
time we are doing a feast at the event. I believe that they are 
wanting a presentation as to how we worked out our recipes, menu 
planning, kitchen co-ordination, etc.
