[Sca-cooks] The Templars

This is not the list for this discussion. Generally one or two courses
in medieval history would be good with appropriate graduate level work
to follow.  I'd suggest a good background
in Latin and medieval French would also be excellent. Most of the really
good archival sources will require those languages.
