[Sca-cooks] Estrella water

This year the War is being moved to a completely new site.  The old sites
were not so persnickety about the grey water, but in the off season, this
site is a working alfalfa farm, and they are really choosy about what goes
into the groundwater and the irrigation canals, so we are having to deal
with grey water now.  In the past, at the other two sites, it was not an
issue.

Perhaps it varies from site to site... that is, Estrella has been 
held at, IIRC, 3 different sites (could be more, be gentle, i'm 
comparatively new :-)
