us a copy of it so we foreigners/outsiders can applaud you too. In the 
meantime everyone is trying to tell me Catherine of Medici is the 
inventor of gourmet in Europe and peas.
    Please tell us your version of peas you and all of you in the SCA 
family, did we really  have peas with Apicius or did we have to wait for 
the French court?
