Great, that's good to know. I really assumed that Olive Oil was used in 
period but I heard a few comments that it wasn't. I have also found a 
few sources myself, so that makes me happy because it's usually the only 
oil I cook with.

Now, did they have "Extra Virgin Olive Oil" in period? Oh, who cares, 
it's what I use so the heck with it - it's what I'll use. :)
