I get C&H (which is from Hawaii) because I know it is cane sugar and not
sugar beet (which I shouldn't have). If it don't say sugar cane, just sugar,
it probably is sugar beet. And on a side note, I have found when I used
sugar beet in the past that my baked goods turned out crappy.
