I was trying to pretend it wasn't there. Whimper. I'm a big fan of
Cornish Pasties but I don't submit any recipe to SCA scrutiny that are
basically 19th Century. [Odd that Food Network scouted me through the
SCA but I have yet to cook anything for them dating before 1740. Go fig.]
The new slick look of the T.I. is all well and good, but there seems to
be no attempt at Quality Control on the articles. Oh, most of them are
PROBABLY accurate enough, but unless I am already well versed in the
subject matter, do I ever really know? Is it even practical to suggest
some jurying of submissions?
