It's not the usage of the blood that I find, um, "tasteless", but the
destruction of the wonderful flesh in order to make a blood sauce to
go over giblets. I do like giblets, and I would probably like the
sauce, but as presented, I feel that there are better ways to eat
duck- one of which I posted.
