[Sca-cooks] Pennsic Class

Greetings!  I recently submitted a Pennsic class (not hands-on) for making
comfits.  I've only done the charcoal brazier bit at Ivan Day's and he made
the sugar syrup over a regular stove so I thought that experimenting at
Pennsic might not be the best thing.  I've offered to do it twice - once in
Land Grab Week and once in War Week.  Haven't heard when it will be, and it
will not be in the on-site booklet since it was submitted too late. 
There'll be at least 3 handouts.

Anyone else teaching a cookery class at Pennsic?  (His Grace Cariadoc or
Elizabeth, surely.)
