[Sca-cooks] cookbooks for diabetics

I like that with the series below they have flip cards at the front so you 
can mix and match your dailly menus (30 for each meal time and snacks). 
PLUS, a big plus, the recipe items are commomly available items I can get 
even in my small town grocery store.

You know, I got the impression that the diabetic person was asking other
people what they thought were the best diabetic cookbooks. Perfectly
reasonable question: a lot of us read a lot of cookbooks, and I get the
impression that there are diabetics on this list?
