I have downloaded the handout into the files section
of the yahoogroups page for the period spit project.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Medieval-Open-Fire-Cooking/

You have to join the group but that doesn't join you
to the period spit project mailing list. So you can do one
without the other.

If you don't want to join the list and view the files
and pictures but still want the handout, send me a
private email and I'll send a copy to you.
