Interesting.  We have a duck press for sale at the Viking store - I don't
even know what the selling price is, I seem to recall it being around 4K
though.  
I always think of the memorable scene from "Who's Killing the Great Chefs of
Europe" when I think of a duck press (speaking of food movies again ;)
