It's called The Nice Restaurant, and as I recall, it's on East  
Broadway and Catherine Street.

Good dim sum of mainland Quangzhou style, and as my wife would say,  
not full of the sugar typical of the cuisine of Hong Kong (which you  
do find at, say, Golden Unicorn).
