Make a sugar (brown sugar for a caramel taste) walnut paste with cocoa in
it. Get some fillo sheets butter between the sheets. spread the paste on the
top and roll it up into a log, bake till golden. while warm (not hot) slice
and serve topped with warm fudge sauce.
I don't really have a fudge recipe...I'll have to see what I can come up
with, especially as I came into some black walnuts not long ago and they are
WONDERFUL in fudge!!
