Pomegranate juice first started hitting the market
shelves about 2 years ago. One morning I woke up and
it was everywhere not just in health food stores. The
main commercial brand was "Pom" but was also labeled
"Pom Wonderful". Later that same year I was in a
cheese conference and the new marketing director for
Redwood Hill Farms was none other than the former
marketing director for Pom.
The market is still quite strong for pomegranate
juice, but I'm wondering what's going to come next.
Which reminds me, I have to buy my tickets this month
for the Fancy Food show in NY. It's the NY show is
the main premier show out of the three that take place
during the year, it's also the largest.
