Is this something that is imminent?  Cheers!

My own thesis is that Everybody Loves Medieval Food, most people just 
don't know it yet.   I would do each segment on a dish which is popular 
today and which has medieval roots.  The first one I think of, 
particularly for UK consumption, is Fricadella of Fish from Platina, 
which is pretty much identical to fried fish today.  Chips came later!
