Your praching to the choir.
I like "spicy" foods. I just never got the memo where
spicy meant loads of white or cayenne pepper and
nothing else.
What ever happened to garlic and thyme, basil and
rosemary, black pepper and whatever else you happen to
like.
AND,
I am tired of people thinking I don't care for
something because I am NOT fond of setting a blazing
fire on my tongue.
