They _might_ be. After all, it was a deli in Racine, Wisconsin whose  
owner was interviewed by CBS radio a while back, and when asked what  
his biggest seller was, responded "Chicken salad", and when asked  
whether they sold a lot of pastrami, responded that they did not in  
fact sell a lot of pastrami because there were very few Italians in  
the area.
