Thanks for all the advice guys, there's some really great ideas in there. Two minutes is indeed a really small amount of time for such a huge subject, but hopefully I'll be able to instil some interest in people. :-) 

Basically they want to showcase UK food blogs, especially those that concentrate on English food. As I've said to them, I'm not exactly the most prolific of the UK food bloggers (far from it in fact), but they like the fact I do medieval recipes and research as well as modern. They want to link the clip to what is going on in the blog at the time (though I think it would really be vice-versa after the research is put in!). It's all still theoretical now at any rate - they have to see a screen-test first! ;-)
