In theory, pretty much fortever. Grains of paradise
don't spoil, they just gradually lose their taste, so
you'll need progressively more to get the same effect.
I still have some leftover bits from a bag I bought in
London six years ago, and they still work, though they
are nowhere near as aromatic as they were.
