[Sca-cooks] Thanksgiving menu

We're doing :

Prime Rib with a fresh rosemary, garlic and salt crust
Red wine demi glace sauce
Horseradish cream sauce
Twice baked potatoes
Green beans
Tiramisu torte
Assorted nibbles

Not very traditional, but my family is of the "if I don't have to cook 
it, you can do whatever you want" :-) 

(Plus, with the size of the roast we got, I've got yummy leftovers to 
look forward to, LOL)
