[Sca-cooks] High Table dishes

I generally plan to serve High Table the same foods as the populace eats.  On occasion when we are inclined to be fancy ... I "pretty-up" high table presentation with decorative garnish.  as example,  for High Table vegetables ussed to garnish a dish would be cut to look like flowers where the populace dish would be garnished with vegetables chopped to look like little pieces.  The only exception has been when one at High Table was allergiac to most of a course.  In that instance, Her Magesty was quietly served seperately by her ladies from dishes prepared specifically so that she could eat.
 
It is what I do ... others do otherwise and that is cool too.
