[Sca-cooks] watermelon rind pickle

There's a LOT of sugar in watermelon pickle, Stefan....it's a pickle in the sense of sweet, pickled fruit in a sugar/vinegar syrup, rather than, say, pickled vegetables done in a vinegar/salt/spice brine.  Very tasty, but not exactly diabetic-friendly.
