[Sca-cooks] tart tatin?

Make a pie crust. Take your cast iron skillet, make a caramel with
butter and sugar, fill with sliced apples (and the quince) top with
crust, bake, enjoy. I read somewhere the recipe is named for old
maid sisters who ran a 19th c French cafe. Who knows.
