One thing to keep in mind is that Hrothny
is attending the event by herself and primarily cooking for
just herself. So the question arises as to how much cooking, food prep,
etc. does one want to do for a series of meals for one person?
It's also a first time event and it does have these stringent rules
on authenticity.

Altogether, it's a rather interesting situation.
